1. Download and launch the app
Download the Instagram app for iOS from the App Store, Android from Google Play store or Windows Phone from the Windows Phone Store. Once the app is installed on your mobile phone, tap to open it.
2. Let everyone know who you are
Tap Sign Up, then enter your email address and tap Next, or tap Log in with Facebook to sign up with your Facebook account.
3. Setup your free business profile
Within the app, find settings, then scroll down to Switch to Business Account. Once you have a business account, you can add in pertinent business information like store hours, business address or a phone number. Create a Business Profile
4. Post & follow users
Start posting content you'd like to see in your feed using relevant hashtags, and start following similar accounts. Go to Instagram to get started.

If you're in business, you're most likely selling something. Whether that's a physical product, or you offer some type of professional service, you should find a way to show that off in an inviting way.
3. Create a call to action
A great way to engage and build community is by instructing your audience to provide you with a direct response. Try creating a contest or requesting they visit your newsletter or latest blog article.
4. Company Culture
Tell your audience what your company is all about and all of the great products and/or services you can offer them. The more you audience knows about your company the more comfortable they will be to purchase from you.
